All orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

All returned orders will receive a Winnie's Boutique credit note for the amount equal to your order, minus any delivery costs (where applicable).

Returns can be made to our Grantham based boutique, or via tracked delivery.

If you wish to return an item due to a fault, please get in touch within 24 hours of receipt to make us aware. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund minus any delivery costs (where applicable)
